Acrylic Shell
Assisto guarantees its acrylic products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase of the product by the owner/user, contractor, or builder from an authorized dealer.
Trim, door, faucets, electronic controls, systems, options and surface finish of components
3-year limited warranty (parts) from the date of original purchase of the product by the owner/user, contractor, or builder from an authorized dealer against manufacturing defects: jets, hoses, electronic control panels, blowers, black box, wiring, etc., and water leaks related to manufacturing defects.
Battery Backup
1-year limited warranty from the date of the original purchase of the product by the owner/user, contractor, or builder from an authorized dealer.
Extended Warranty
(Replaces the basic warranty)
Extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the original bathtub purchase.
Acrylic Shell
